Driving Directions
The Sleep Medicine Center is located on Lexington Avenue between Maple Street and High Street. Please enter through the driveway between 423 and 419 Lexington Avenue and park behind the house in the designated parking area. Entry to the Sleep Medicine Center is through the Lexington Avenue front door.
